COVID-19 INFORMATION:
We appreciate the trust you place in us and want to share with you how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
We are closely monitoring events in the community and our offices are continuously updating protocols as a result of new information. Our offices are following the recommended guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and public health authorities, including best practices for hygiene and infection control.
Our highest priority is to keep all of our patients and staff as safe as possible.
We are asking patients to help us prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our office in a few ways:
Please do not bring any guests to your appointment, including children.
Only patients receiving care will be permitted into our offices. Please know that it is for the safety of all of our patients and staff that we ask for your cooperation. We apologize for any inconvenience that this restriction may cause you.
For patients who are minors:
We ask that you only bring one adult to your appointment.
Please wear a mask to your appointment
The CDC now recommends that the general public wear masks to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.The CDC now recommends that the general public wear cloth masks when leaving the house. This is due to the fact that COVID-19 can be transmitted by people who are asymptomatic or presymptomatic to others in close proximity via talking, coughing or sneezing.
While N-95 masks should be reserved for healthcare workers, the CDC states that homemade masks out of household materials can be used as an additional public health measure. Here’s a tutorial from The Oregonian on how to make your own mask from things you might have around the house. No sewing required!
Should you have additional questions or concerns please contact our office at 804-355-0283 or email [email protected].
Thank you for your help and continued trust as we work together to fight this virus!
