Reverse Last Shoes with Bar
Reverse last shoes are used as a part of treatment for talipes equinovarus (clubfoot) or metatarsus adductus. The combination of the shoes and bar help maintain the abducted position of the foot and ankle achieved by either serial casting or surgery. Open toed reverse last shoes are commonly used in infants for ease of donning and doffing.
The reverse last shoes can be used alone or with a Denis Browne Bar or Dobbs Bar depending on physician orders.
Reverse last shoes and bars are fit according to patient measurements.
